Tell us which dates and times would be most convenient for you, at the store of your choice.
Let us know what type of appointment you would like to book and your contact details.
Your Free Eye Test voucher will be emailed to you along with your booking confirmation once you have successfully requested an appointment. Within one working day your local store will contact you to confirm your appointment, or suggest a convenient alternative. When attending your appointment, bring the Free Eye Test voucher with you to redeem in-store.

Don't bother going to the Westfield Shepherd's Bush branch - They are more concerned on selling premium glasses that don't suit you and delaying the process of providing your prescription slip. You will know who the guys who work there are, they walk around Westfield with aviator shades on (this is an indoors shopping mall). Don't forget, most companies offer free eye tests via their VDU scheme as part of standard employee benefits.
