Restart and then you can add the pass and then just cancel again. I did that with mine and no problem at all

Just tried it and it came up with the speech about being charged. No where to put the code. I've been screwed by them before and it was hard fighting for a refund so I'll wait. Thanks for your help though

Then you enable an cancelled subscription it will say you will then be charged at the next billing date... GO back to the passes and the drop down will be there to add a pass code.. Enter the code and then after that just cancel the subscription again. I've done it today with no hassle so i'm sure it really should work for anyone??

Just to confirm only works on Entertainment package as an existing customer using the code above: ESPORT1MFREE. Don't forget to cancel the renewal straight away like I've just done. You still get to keep the free month offer as well!

I got offered movies for £3.99 a month for 4 months when cancelling an existing movies 1 month free pass (experimented and cancelled twice yesterday) so if you want movies that seems to be the cheapest way until another free movies code comes up

Can confirm the voucher no longer works ESPORT1MFREE says unrecognised. Did work yesterday, but didn't apply to my account as wasn't extending my current free month.
