Beware! I've recently got 11 stamps and the £5 off voucher.... Though, I had not claimed the free side or snack. I was thinking they would roll over? It has now reset to 0 stamps and I no longer have a free side or snack available, so best to use them before you fill the level up.

hmm, works ok for me...
i had used the free side before it rolled over as it was about to expire, and have earnt 3 points since, so thats why my free side has a later expiry date than my free snack and £5 voucher
And heres a snip from the Email i got once id earnt 11 points/£5 voucher
So, you shouldnt have lost any unused offers unless they have expired

I got 3 free stamps when I signed up last year, is defo worth it!
However to make most of it u may need to split up larger orders.
You get 1 stamp when u spend over £3
You get 2 stamp when u spend over £15
So if youre buying 3 meals at £5ish each its best to do 3 orders.
I'm usually with mates when this happens and so I just pass my card about..
Also from what I've seen (I may be wrong) once you hit 11 stamps it wont keep adding on and carry over.
(So u cant have 15 stamps, redeem 11 and be left with 4. I may be wrong but that's what my card seems to have done.)

you can only use the card once per day, either 1 point for £3 spend or 2 points for a £15+ spend
so buying 3 seperate orders will not give you more points.
EDIT: you can use your card twice (2x £5+ spends) or once (1x £15+ spend) but you can only earn a Maximum of 2 points per day, so 3x £5 spends will still only get you 2 points
it will keep adding points after you have a full card of 11 points but not by going to 12 - 13 - 14, it will start again at 0 and allow you to get multiple offers, but you cant claim 2 free items that are the same in one order, so you can claim 1 side + 1 snack, but you cant claim 2 snacks or 2 sides

Might seem like a silly question, but do you need an active connection to redeem these offers in store/restaurant?
I use Windows Phone (so no app), but have Android tablet but don't know whether I'll be able to get wifi etc...so curious if I am able to take advantage of these things without internet.
Many thanks

You should be OK - I have the plastic card and the app (different numbers) which are linked together, and can use either.
I tend to use the card, as the darlings behind the till in the branch nearest my office are a) incredibly slow, and b) can't register the fact that the app is for loyalty stamps, and not to pay the bill.

Also, if you take the reciept and haven't scanned app/ card instore, you can go into the app later at home, add the reciept details and the stamp will be added.to your points..... I've done it before when scan reader failed.....

Yep they go on to 7 for the free snack, and to 11 Stamps for £5 off anything on the menu, which then resets the stamp number to zero

Thanks. I think I'll save up
Inb4 KFC is unhealthy, the chickens are treated cruelly, my local KFC is halal, halal is bad or any other variation of KFC is bad and you should feel bad for going there :stuck_out_tongue:

The stamps don't reset even if you've claimed your reward!

Its Halal but its stunned so I am OK with it .
