I get 100 points when I shop on eBay this week. Doesn't look like there's a minimum spend on this.
As for the free 100 points I don't have that in the app this week.

Heated, worked fine for me, even came up on the website though the wording suggests it's meant to be redeemed on the app.

Just a shame I rarely seem to qualify for the eBay ones since I'm always buying something on there...
