I don't know how you are getting £3.99. If you go through the Apple Store App (not the App Store) it is free.

2. Scroll down
3. Click on "Download now for free".

There really nothing else to it.

You may need to ensure that you have the latest version of the Apple Store App (not App Store) to see this offer because I could not see it until I updated to the latest version.

Good paint effects .... but I don't think I will buy the prints from the printing company it links you to .... quoted me almost £75.00 for a print of one of my pictures!!
