Some people are saying (in the other thread) that the videos are region-locked to USA due to being from the USA store.
Easy way round this on windows 10 is to go to the start menu and type "change your country or region" and then the videos play. (Bear in mind that I have no idea what effect "American"ising your PC will have on your other programs and apps)

Be careful as I think due to licensing issues laptops only allow you to change region a couple of times before they lock to one.
