Reviews have compared this to an airport waiting lounge. Worth reading them before travelling a long way if you're not local.

I'd love to know what airport waiting lounge is like this. I'll fly from that airport!
A great free thing to do and the views are amazing. Price of food and drink isn't that bad either.

I can see how people have come to that comparison. Thanks, you have saved my time. After doing a search I saw it on youtube and it's something that is of no interest to me.

Definitely not worth travelling to London just to visit this. But if you're in or visiting London (and even nearby - its walking distance to HMS Belfast, etc) its definitely worth a visit for the view.

I went last August for my anniversary after a hukder posted it online. I believe tickets are released 3 weeks in advance so it's not a last minute adventure. when I went there was no queues, quite a windy day but it was sunny. the views are spectacular and the garden feels so tropical. definitely worth going

The Kensington high street roof garden is free and a lovely view, with flamingos in the garden.

I went there and thought it was very good. My wife had paid to go up the Shard previously which she said wasn't actually better......just higher.
If you are not interested in looking at the views then it clearly is not going to be worth your while.

I went there last year. If you fancy a drink though its a bit top heavy. £5 a pint.

Pretty standard London price. Pretty good considering its a bar in a 'tourist trap'.
£5/pint Heineken £6/pint Moretti
