Use Chrome (you can use other browsers, I just fine Chrome easier). Open an Incognito Tab. Sign into your account. Click the green button once then again when it loads. It should now be added it your account. On your Xbox One head to Games & Apps > Ready to Install.
MS don't like people taking games with gold from other marketplaces. I can't confirm if it's because they agree with the publisher on certain regions. Hence why you don't get blocked buying it through other region Xbox stores because there is still a money trail. They have banned users in the past for downloading the free game from other regions before.

I downloaded that japan MMO onigiri from Japan before it was released in the states never got in trouble with Microsoft. probably did not care since that game is Free2Play

As I said Microsoft never said exactly why the were banned, and the CONSOLE was banned not the account.
End of the day its up to the console owner, but if I'd spent £300 on a console I'd not be playing with settings that may or may not give me problems later on just to save £8 on a game... The FAQ listed does state that games are region specific, even if the console is not.

On 360 they banned people who changed region to get a different free game, as the xbox one is region free and the games for gold are not full free games im not sure if this is still the case
That said any bans will only be anecdotal or forum postings Microsoft will not talk about cases not exactly why they were banned.

just to let people know (again) look at tems and conditions, this is marketplace theft. i know because i got a warning about a year ago and if you go search a few forums you will see account bans because of this too. its not illegal but microsoft will get you one way or another

Don't see how this can be the case as the game is provided on the condition of having gold membership, a paid service don't forget, which I and anyone buying this must fulfil or couldn't even access it...

Super hot, heard lots of good things about it and been looking to get this game for many months. I narrowly missed it last time it was on sale, managed to get the expansion for free some months ago but never thought the game would come on GWG or on sale again and then here it is.
