If anyone is planning to go to the Torbay airshow, here's the free Torbay Airshow Programme summary to save you having to pay £3 to download the PDF!
Flying times will be at 9.30pm on Friday and from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. During the Saturday and Sunday programme there will be a different flying event every 15 minutes.
Friday's night flight will feature the Twister Aerobatics Team, who fly with their aircraft lit up, trailing spectacular fireworks from their wingtips.
Saturday's events programme opens with the Tigers Parachute Display and includes the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. On Saturday, there will be a veterans' parade at 11.30am on Paignton Green, with a formal salute being taken by Torbay Council chairman, Cllr Ray Hill.
The Red Arrows will be flying on the afternoon of Sunday and will be the highlight of the programme. The show finishes with the spectacular Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4 from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
Other aircraft taking part over the weekend include the Calidus Autogyro; The Blades display team, which is made up of former Red Arrows pilots; the BAC Strikemaster jet; the Yakovlevs formation display team; the Breitling Wingwalkers; De Havilland Sea Vixen; Percival Provost and Waco biplane.

On a positive note, the airshow is free (mainly because the show happens in the air, and so it's virtually impossible to charge an entry fee)
On a negative note, parking restrictions have been placed on all roads within 1.5 to 2 miles of the seafront - making them all effectively "no parking" zones for the duration of the event. This means that if you will be visiting by car, you'll end up paying for car parking (currently at £25 per day).
Still not a bad price for a family of 4, but be sure to factor this parking cost into the equation.
Also, if you have friends who live near the seafront area, it may be worth contacting them to see if you can park at their places off-road and save on parking fees.
