Sucks on iOS due to the nature of iOS itself - i.e. all alarms that aren't Apple's have this issue. iPhone screen has to be on and the phone connected to a charger while you sleep. So the battery is continuously charging and discharging.
Fine on Android, set alarm and lock phone and it will wake you up as normal.
Seems like a cool app otherwise, what a shame :disappointed:

To be honest, its a bit too simple. However, the presentation is wonderful & hes one very likable guy who works hard & oozes self confidence which is infectious.
In other words, recommended to check it out.

Thanks for that. I clicked the link in his instagram bio and it automatically took me to Google play store from my phone.
From desktop it takes you to the apple store. That's a bit weird.
