Golf fans will once again be able to watch some of the world’s leading golfers for FREE at the British Masters with the return of ‘Sky Sports Thursday’.
Following the huge success at Woburn Golf Club last year, when all 15,000 free tickets were snapped up in less than 48 hours, this year’s allocation has been increased to 20,000 for the opening day of the 2016 British Masters.
From 10am on Friday 15 April, Sky customers will be able to take advantage of an extended, exclusive 72 hour ‘pre-sale’ giving them first option on the free ticket offer for round one of the British Masters supported by Sky Sports. Tickets will be limited to a maximum of two per person.
Tickets for the remaining three rounds will be available for Sky customers to purchase during this time & go on general sale at 10am on Monday 18 April.

If the tickets are for the Thurs should the title read 13/10/16 instead of the 16th?

Does anyone know if you use your existing sky id to sign into sky tickets? It says on the website you use your sky id but when I tried it said not recognised?
Also anyone else having trouble getting onto the link in this thread? Took ages but finally loaded after a few minutes.

Just spoken to sky tickets, they say that if I have two windows open at 10am tomorrow, one for sky (which I've signed into) and one for sky tickets, I will be able to book, but she didn't know how this would work?! Can anyone who did this last year please explain how it works. Thanks

Yeah the website does not make sense, it has login with an email address, but if you go to create a new account it asks for a Sky ID. I logged into my Sky Account, go back to this page and it still asks to login. Will continue trying to work out what to do...

Ordered mine. Had to pay a £1.00 online ticket printing fee!!!! But still, a quid for a great day out is still a bargain.

It keeps saying I need to be a sky customer. Which I am. But it doesn't recognise that I am. Even though I'm logged into sky! Anyone help with this?

I tried a few times with the same error message as some of you. Then I tried again, and I got an order confirmation screen, order number, and the tickets emailed to me straight away. Try, try again!

I went through and paid again after getting "something went wrong" message after paying last time, thinking, well I've only lost £1 but this time it all went through fine and got tickets and think I wasn't charged last time.

All working well now - although I couldn't sign up for a new Sky Tickets account under the Registration page, you can sign up as part of the booking process of these tickets.
Has anyone found where it states the 2 ticket limit per customer? I'm still logged in and it looks like I *could* buy another two....
