Shaw Academy are currently offering free online courses that normally cost £395.
I have looked online for reviews as it seems too good to be true but the only negative is that they may try and talk you into getting the lifetime subscription which covers all courses, which doesn't seem such a bad thing.
The offer is only on for a limited time.
I have signed up for the Sports Nutrition course which starts in May as I've recently signed up for Puregym using the 10 day trial offer.
UPDATE :- Click from this link for the offer as when I copy and paste the free offer link it changes it to a £2 offer page http://slickdeals.net/f/8415003-shaw-academy-1-online-course-various-available-free

That's strange, I copied and pasted the link from the free offer page to this post but when you click on the get deal link it takes you to a page showing the courses as £2.

ive just finished the sports nutrition course and i must say it was far more informative than i expected. they do expect you to pay a fiver at the end to take the test then extra for the diploma. i only did the course for my own benefit so didn't see the point. i just printed the stuff off and put it in a file for quick reference. well worth it though.

Am I missing something, they are all £2-£5 as a price, not quite free but still a good deal
Thanks Buzz. Your link does go to the free offer page but when I try and copy and paste it onto my get deal link then click on it it just goes to the £2 offer page. It's a bit confusing.

Nice spot OP. They had a similar offer a couple of months back. I signed up for a couple of courses and they're a good introduction to the subject - not worth the full price in my opinion but for free they're excellent. Yes they do bang on about signing up for the lifetime memberships but nothing too intrusive.

Why is asking for a Coupon/Voucher Code * ?

Try going via Internet Explorer. The Chrome form requested a code but the IE one worked for me.

They are too annoying. Last time I didn't do it in the end and they kept calling and calling to my mobile phone! not just emails (as well).

I wouldn't even pay £3.95 for the Photography, Lr and Ps courses combined (£395 each is a joke), under normal circumstances.
Instead of wasting all those weeks, with the free courses. Just watch a few YT vids and within the hour, you'll have learnt as much.
Sorry for my negativity, but it's the truth.

What level are these qualifications classed as?
Do people actually put value on them?

You are making assumptions based on nothing but wild guesses. After 5 years of using this site try posting at least one deal instead of unjustifiably denigrating other peoples posts.

you're better off using google search imo, you couldn't even get a job in McDonalds using these waste of time sites.
only people that gain from doing these is whoevers bank the course fee's go into

Are you eligible for an NUS card with one of these courses
Daddio
23 Apr 161#31
It's free at the moment. Also not everyone wants to do a course to get jobs, sometimes it's just for self improvement and some extra knowledge.
And why would anyone even consider that doing an online course is what's necessary to get a job in McDonald's, unless maybe you're speaking from experience in which case it's probably not the wrong qualifications that let you down but I reckon it's the negativity that made them turn you down for a job there.
