Gosh, the excitement. It must be the scoop of the century. Or the year. Whatever.

Remember the days when you actually got a scoop... sorry "dosing device" in every box! Every one of these scoops is sized much larger than necessary, why do you think that is? A cynic like me might say it's so that you (or your absent minded teenagers etc) just grab a heaped scoopful each time, using double or more, of the powder required. Being in Glasgow with nice soft water, 60g is plenty to get a nice clean wash. After seeing my son using about 130ml every time without thinking, I replaced the "dosing device" with the 60g cheap plastic measuring spoon from my little set. Powder now lasts twice as long.
Moral of my boring story - these devices can end up costing you more than double what you need to pay in powder.

We used a spare one to bath our son! Pour water on him that is, he is a little too big to fit in it.
