I used one of the previous BareMinerals vouchers and got a miniature pot of the loose foundation in medium beige with a cute brush, well worth the visit. The staff at the BareMinerals counters differs massively, I originally went to John Lewis in Newcastle and the lady there was very standoffish when I mentioned the voucher and insisted I made an appointment of which she had none, when she clearly had nothing to do and the shop was quiet. Popped to Fenwick's and lady there was lovely, sat me down then and there, tried a few shades and gave me the sample. Will try this voucher, from Fenwick's obviously....

I think it depends on how the company deals with the promotion. I had a free sample for Estee Lauder foundation... waited an hour for the woman to come back from her half hour lunch break... had my skin matched & then was told they were out of the foundation to try... was sent to another counter in town & was told the exact same thing. Wasted my time & energy & got nothing! Free isn't always free...
