London-based military intelligence officer Colonel Katherine Powell (Helen Mirren) is remotely commanding a top secret drone operation to capture a group of dangerous terrorists from their safe-house in Nairobi, Kenya. The mission suddenly escalates from a “capture” to a “kill” operation as Powell realizes that the terrorists are about to embark on a deadly suicide mission. From his base in Nevada, American drone pilot Steve Watts (Aaron Paul) is poised to destroy the safe-house when a nine year old girl enters the kill zone just outside the walls of the house. With unforeseen collateral damage now entering the equation, the impossible decision of when to strike gets passed up the “kill chain” of politicians and lawyers as the seconds tick down.
Very good movie, saw an early screening recently and would definitely recommend.

So my experience of watching this yesterday morning at Exeter PH, Fairly crowded screen, sat right in the middle, moments before the film starts this man comes and sits in the spare seat next to me. Breathes loudly throughout the whole film, regularly adjusts his mouth/lips making these disgusting salivating noises, has horrible bad breath, and makes this weird loud "HUUUHHH" sound whenever there is anything even vaguely suggestive of humour on screen (even if its actually tragic). I loved the film, it was fantastic, I truly admired it for being intelligent, well structured/written, and thought provoking. You don't get that much these days at the cinema. But - I have to say, I'm more inclined to wait and watch good movies at home these days because cinema experiences always seem tainted by one thing or another.
