Basically Borderlands meets League of Legends meets Team Fortress 2. I guess?

Open Beta ends April 18th at 7am PST (2pm UTC)
As a thank you to PS4 players who participate in the Open Beta, you will receive the first Battleborn DLC Pack 1 and instant access to the 26th character, Alani, upon release. In addition, PS4 players will have access to the Battleborn hero Toby (the mech-driving penguin!) during the Open Beta.

Been playing it off and on since the weekend..mmm its ok.
I wouldn't buy it and TBH, but its good to see something different on a console.

I tried out PvE, it seems okay. Will not purchase, atleast not day one anyway.

Had a go, took forever to get into games, played 3 in total. Didn't enjoy it, not really seeing the appeal of FPS MOBAs. Some might like it however.
Would prefer Gearbox to make Borderlands 3.

Was in the closed beta of this & it was fun, can't wait to try the new content. This will be good relief when I'm banging my head against dark souls 3

To be fair the PvE stuff is not MOBA like at all really.
It's actually quite well done, it's like a few different raid like dungeons. similar to Destiny style I guess.

MOBA part throws me off. It sounds like when Command and Conquer tried FPS and it went wrong.

Honestly not sure, it says in the description that the Full Game requires PS+ but doesn't say anything about the open beta
