I got mine today just now. Very useful in case your phone runs out of battery and you can charge it on the go.

After registering you have to re-click the link above to tick box, request for the catalogue to be delivered. I used laptop to request. Not sure if mobile phone browser is the same.
The new catalog will take 5 working days for it to be delivered. Lets hope the stock is still available.

Got mine too. Comes with a micro-USB lead for charging most phones, The leaflet inside says it's for Apple devices, but to do this you will need your own lead.

In fact any charging lead with a USB on the other end will work provided that the device is rated at 5V and no more than 1A.

Haven't tested it yet - busy charging the power bank for the first time at the moment.

The van tidy was actually quite good for free so I'm hoping this powerbank is also decent when I collect mine tomorrow.

Not that well tbh, the EE site is full of over priced rubbish often 2-3 times the cost of the same item on Amazon! In the end I got a small powerbank to replace theone EE took back back (already have a large one). With the screwfix one I now have two of them!!!

It does not work. Charged it fully as per instructions. Samsung Galaxy S5 completely depleted so I imagined the situation, stuck in the Cairngorms but no battery life to call for rescue, but hey I've got my free Powerbank. Plugged in, wee light flashed for about a minute to say it was charging, then disappeared, not even a charging light on the phone. So I'd still be stuck in the Cairngorms!

You have to charge the powerbank before the "powerbank"can release the energy back to your electronic device. If your mobilephone device battery was faulty to start with then the powebank can't give your mobile device its life back.

Bigger problem would be getting a mobile signal there in the first place. I struggle getting a signal at the edge of town in Rugby, Warwickshire in my office.

No harm in having spare powerbanks. I took my free EE powerbank back and used the £20 voucher for a higher powered powerbank for no extra charge :smiley: and now I will pick this up later on today.

My catalogue and sheet with voucher arrived in post today. I've been on Screwfix mailing list for a good while.
I'm going to go in, ask for my powerpoint. When I get it (hopefully they still have some) I will then ask:
'where's my van tidy?'

i got my power bank yesterday but there was no paperwork in the box to say how long does it take to charge the battery for and how long it lasts for how many times it can charge your phone until it runs out can anyone tell me please

It depends. The powerbank says it has a 2600mah capacity. That's a bit lower than some phone batteries (my LG G2 is 3000mah), but a bit higher than some. I can't imagine it's 100% efficient in transferring that energy to your phone so you won't get the full 2600mah into your phone.

The voucher is not in a catalogue guys, it is in the usual leaflets they send in the post to you once in a while. It is attached with gel glue to one of the pages.

Same with me. Other users are saying that you have to receive a leaflet (which is at random) so this deal should specifically say that it is for existing customers only. Oh well, only disadvantage is a heavier recycling bin :stuck_out_tongue:
