I emailed them thru the website stating couldn't get thru and prob with post code they apologised and sent two samples and a five pound voucher xx

Website isn't working- registered fine, verified email but it constantly says my email is incorrect. The 'contact us' page isn't working.

Went through whole register process, and got the same Invalid Postcode... Tried multiple ways sadly no luck.

hi I was one who said to phone them MON - FRI 8AM - 6 PM 0800 212 161 . they sent me 4 lots of wet food and 2 lots of dry biscuits real result.asked how mant cats I had so said 2 that's why I got so much good luck .

Isn't purina the brand who's dog food caused seizures, diabetes and kidney failure in dogs?

cant do my postcode either I PHONED THEM UP ON FORM AT BOTTOM FREE PHONE NUMBER lady said she will post me some out , told me to tell you all to either phone up or send them an email .hope this helps xx

Nope zip code format is wrong. Tried all sorts. Spacing, capitalisation. It's a form fault.

have you all typed in capital letters and put a space, it seems to work fine for me and I've done it to my home, my work and my girlfriends work :innocent:
