In Debenhams East Kilbride, the Clinique assistant had a potential customer in her chair and after realizing I'm for a sample ONLY she took forever chatting away with her . I felt neglected for about 15 min and inevitably left.

Asked for this in Debenhams Livingston and was told I'd have to have a 'skin analysis' to make sure I got the right colour........would have taken 15 minutes and I didn't have the time.
