How can you cancel auto-renewal?

A bit like sky then with mainly all deals for new customers only.

Good deal, I didn't realise they gave spotify for free on 3 months trials as I paid 99p for a 3 month trial the other week which I thought was good value for money.

Do spotify ever do deals for existing customers or is it a case of you have to create a new account each time to tske advantage of an offer?

Can we bypass sharing the credit card details with them for the trial?

Will give this a go later today.. I'm guessing I'd need to log out and delete spotify from my laptop and do it as fresh download then ?

With all these free trials its a wonder if some people ever pay for their subscription, with the 99p Spotify early adopters soon to see their subscription expire this will come in handy to extend it for another three months, by the time thats up Deezer will probably throw out another free trial.. If you're unbiased you can end up saving alot of moolah. Lol.

Can you stack Spotify Premium eg. Claim the 90 Days on Chromecast then this offer?

The last time I tried a trial on my tablet for free premium (7 days) last month I tried an old posted date trick to see if back dating the devices date by several years after signing up for a trial made a difference to premium days remaining, and it did.

Signed up at the correct current date, reversed the devices date 10 years or so, restarted device & Spotify and premium days remaining went up to over 3500 days according to the app!. Never tested it beyond the 7 days to see if it still worked as I had to correct the date for other apps etc that needed the correct date. But the date trick may well still work if you have a device or spare device that doesn't really need the correct date!.

Does it say when they updated the terms and conditions? I had no problem when I did it in the last few weeks. I did it straight away. Seems like the changed it in the hope of people forgetting if that's the case.

Thanks. Also, it looks like you'll have to set a reminder to cancel the premium account before the renewal as cancelling now turns it into a free account. I thought you could cancel the auto renewal but keep the 3 months free but their FAQ doesn't appear to agree.

Any way to share your playlists from Spotify with another user, therefore helping to create a new account and using the old playlists from your other account? Cheers OP
