SkySafari 5 has just been released and will be free until 1st Jan 2016. Grab it while you can. I don't know what it will cost after the free period but as a guide Skysafari 4 sold for £4 - £8.
They have also release the plus and pro versions of SkySafari 5 (bigger databases and telescope control) too and these are on sale for a lower price temporarily.

Sounds worth a look - got my son a telescope for xmas and this might be a good accompaniment, cheers. :wink:

I have been using Starlight for a few years. Certainly helps you find planets and stars.
