I ordered a bunch of stuff that was on half price offer. None of it was available so they'd substituted. And only when the driver left did I notice I'd been charged full price for all of the substitutions. (It wasn't at all clear on the receipt.)

Hate to say but had my shopping delivered yesterday with all of the freebies mentioned above yet I was charged, phoned up to complain, advise freebies are limited and have expired!! ye Unlike Tesco who won't except the code Sainsbury do, then charge you!!

I wish there was a way of looking at all the half price and bogof offers on Sainsbury's and Morrisons :disappointed:
