Really? I consider 'normal' paracetamol as those that come in tablet form, swallowing for the use of.
I get caplets which are easier to swallow and don't stick to the back of your tongue causing you to gag as you force them down like the el cheapo ones you can buy in the chemist. Can also be bought in capsule form, even easier to swallow but more expensive.
Things like disprin are soluble (although they tend to use the term dispersible now), i.e. you put them in water and stir them until they dissolve - they make me vomit but that's another story, lol. I've never even seen dispersible/soluble paracetamol for sale, although 'Google' tells me they are.
Anyway, sorry, we've wandered away from the original topic. I think I'll give the Zeo drinks a miss if that's what they taste like. It's a bit like fizzy mineral water - I always think it tastes like Andrews but without the taste

Nah don't worry. It's because normal paracetamol is soluble :L I think you meant dissolved paracetamol.

No, I tend to swallow my 'ordinary' paracetamol without tasting it - what are you doing with yours?
