I posted this over a year ago and thought it was well worth a repost, kids lost a half of Wildstyle for Lego Dimensions, popped the box number in search and ordered a new part! - Link in 1st post of box numbers for Lego Dimension sets, you can then click GET DEAL and search :)
Quite a few sets to choose from, type the model number in the box and Select your part(s) Ideal for lost, broken or missing parts.
Can call to confirm Tel: 00800 5346 5555 (Free via landline mobiles may charge) We are available 9am - 5pm (GMT) Monday - Friday. Obviously if you go over the top they may stop it as i did query poss P&P charge and they said only for big orders or people who try to abuse this service but again can do it over the phone :)

Thank you for this, my Son has the Jurassic world dilophosasurus set and the Gill broke on it, I emailed them with all the details it wasn't missing from the pack and wasn't broke when I bought it but they were still happy to replace so I'm awaiting the delivery , the only thing I would say is keep your instruction manuals because they need the ref number that's on the back, luckily where my son is obsessed he had kept it. X
It is very rare but I have seen kits with pieces missing straight out of the box.

All Lego bags are weighed as they leave the factory but mistakes are made, after unpacking and building 15 EV3 educational packs there was only one wrong part and it was substituted with the same piece just a different colour. When I went on the Lego site to see about a replacement it was out of stock, hence the replacement colour.

This isnt a deal. This is for people who find missing parts when first opening the box. Rather than people who lose pieces after playing with them. I would call it fraud.

That's true but it is also true that it is impossible for a set to leave Lego with parts missing so they do know people use it for lost pieces. Doesn't mean I condone abuse though

Try having children playing around the house with various lego, pieces are quite easily lost or thrown away, even accidentally gone up the hoover.
Would hardly call it fraud, Lego offer a service and have done for a while.
Lego even state if you abuse it, then they'll refuse to send it to that said address / person which is fine.
I'm not saying request an entire Millennium Falcon, just the pieces you need!
If it helps a few, which it looks like it has, then i'm happy.

It's not impossible, it happens. It's happened to me several times
