But the games frame rate is locked to 30fps so to unlock it to 60fps or whatever your monitor is capable of do this.

Go to C - program files (x86) - origin games - jade empire
Find JadeEmpire.ini and open it with Notepad.
Find the line that says ClampFPS=1.
Change the 1 to a 0.
The line should now say ClampFPS=0
Save the file.
Enjoy the game in full 60fps.

Absolutely outstanding game. I really hope KOTOR 3 (if it happens) adopts a similar approach to melee combat.
