First episode is easily the best - the rest get bogged down in confusing daydream sequences and annoyingly less and less hacking as the season rolls on. It had potential, but eventually blew it, IMHO. It's still worth a watch though (surely everyone who would want to watch it would have "obtained" it on its US airing months ago?). If you want to watch a current US IT show, "Silicon Valley" is definitely a better watch.

I take it that you watch it through Amazon App on PS, but it's showing £1.89 each episode, free if you have Amazon Prime account. Am I wrong how it is free?

Watch the first five episodes on Amazon Prime. I found it a bit long-winded and boring. The storyline could probably be condensed into a 90 minute film.

Not everyone's cup of tea. I wonder if you would have changed your mind if you had followed it to its conclusion?. Some really great twists and turns in the latter half. Its one of those that makes me think about watching it again to see if I can spot it coming.

I've watched the first season and loved it.
As others have said, it depends on your taste in TV but based on 87,286 users on IMDB it gets a rating of 8.9 and the fact the show has been renewed for a second season... that must be saying something.

I've watched the full season on Amazon Prime. My only regret is that it ended! To be honest it might not be for everyone, but if you like suspense and plot twists with some great acting, go for it.
