As you said, clueless. I asked the girl at the counter and showed her the O2 app and she said 'you're better off buying the set for £17'... Good luck trying to get it

Hopefully can pick-up one for my Mum (or for my fancy dress box), but usually the staff play dumb and claim they don't know anything about it. or say they're out of stock.

Thanks for this OP
And thanks for the poorly trained weekend Benefits staff- the 1st place didn't take my code so went to a 2nd place who gave me a full size one instead of the trial size. Happy days.

Agree with all of the above.
Clueless staff at benefit boots Westfield. Even when I showed them on the app that their store was participating. They tried to get me to buy something else instead and were actually quite rude.

No, I didn't get one. After explaining the 'deal' and what the o2 priority app was the girl spoke with her colleague who confirmed they didn't have any of the free samples... Win some, lose some ;-)

Completely agree with the above comment, I visited the store yesterday and when I got to the counter was asked quite rudely by a member of staff whom was chewing chewing gum with her arms folded what I was looking for. I decided I did not like her attitude so walked out of the shop and went to a different store (Deebenhams) and was treated completely different with a smile and a chat about the product and a product demonstration and the free sample using my code.

What's wrong with the staff on makeup counters recently? I have also had several experiences of rude behaviour even when I'm actually buying things. I suppose they get their attitude from plastering their faces with as much free makeup as their faces can handle. And I agree about the chewing gum part. You should not be allowed to chew gum unless you're on your break, its so rude.

Went into the Ashford, Kent Debenhams on the Monday- they told me that the lady from the benefit counter isnt in at the moment and none have been delivered, so I should pop back on the Saturday....mmm. Decided to pop back in today, the lady at the benefit counter was in(great) but apparently they had all gone. I was told to check back in two weeks.
Surely the deal would be finished in two weeks and usually the freebies are until 'stock lasts'? I know its a freebie and that I shouldnt really complain, but if they cant get the information about a freebie right, then why on earth would I trust buying anything from them?

To get the liner to work you need to remove the orange tip and gently squeeze (not turn) the liner.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! The YouTube videos said to turn, but that might be the case for full size.
What do u think of it? It's quite difficult to apply. I'm used to eye pencils.

The product can be tricky to use but it takes some practice, I try dotting it across the eye lid in little swipes rather than just sweeping across.

No top up needed! Then download the app and you're ready to go. You can use your usual sim after that, the app will keep on working anyway.
This offer is valid for 29 more days, the sim should come within 5 days or so. It's worth getting as lots of Christmas freebies is coming
