Ryanair are giving a reward of £10 off a future booking to those who sign up to their MyRyanair programme.

With Ryanair flights available for under £10 this can essentially give you a “free” flight (It looks like you still have to pay 1p). Any unused credit will be sent in another voucher.

How to book:
Visit Ryanair.

On the homepage, click MyRyanair located near the top right corner
Create an account
Verify Email
Follow profile builder
You need to complete all details including passport information, payment cards, travel preferences and contact details.
When all details have been completed you will see the voucher under your rewards section
If the voucher does not show, double check you have filled in all your details as the page is still in beta, you may encounter a couple of tweaks which are needed.

Guys its like everything ryanair do they dont make it easy but you can complete it and get the voucher.You have to fill in all preferences,make sure you fill in payment address details just post below where you are stuck
Even if you dont drive you have to say you do else you cant complete preferences it seems

Without going through it line by line if you persevere you will see whats missing
just make sure
on Passengers under dashboard make sure dob and phone number and nationality is all filled in
On payments fill in your password
On preferences make sure it says you have completed all your preferences
hope this helps they dont make it easy

Worked for me.make sure u open and fill advance preference questionnaire. But got €10 which they valued £7.14 while booking. Probably because I am non EU national and € is default currency of Ryanair.

Updated all the sections on my existing account. Answered all the questions on the dashboard. Added passport info along with my card details.

No sign of the reward and its saying my profile is only 50% complete still :confused:

Yes, Have tried various ways but still no joy, I also noticed when starting that the offer was in Euro's not Sterling, will delete sections and re-enter.

I answered them all included the advanced ones but still sitting at 50% complete. Really can't see anything else to complete apart from adding friends and family info.

I'm hoping this is just some error with the new site and not a new customer deal. Bit of a kick in the teeth for us regular flyers.

50% is right that's all you can and have to answer. Just click on your account then rewards and your voucher should be waiting.

I'm at 60% but know reward in my Rewards Section.

Although at the bottom of my Dashboard it says

My Rewards

A Little treat for your upcoming flight
>find out more.

I think because I'm on my iPad it's not letting me open "find out more"
So I'll wait until I get home as you my PCs.hoping this works

I get the 'A little treat for your upcoming flight' graphic appearing on the dashboard when I'm at 50%, but there's nothing under the 'Rewards' tab.

Also, if I hover over the 'find out more' link it says: Run script "void(0)"

That's a bit rude. There are a good number of us who have done this correctly and the £10 voucher isn't showing. Either it's due to us being a member of the site already or just an error on it currently.

I have filled everything as well. On 60%.

The box to find out for 'info on rewards' doesn't work on my dash board either. So strange.

You wont get over 60% its an error this promotion wasn't supposed to start till monday anyone who did have a voucher yesterday check back on monday to see if it magically appears.

Send a message to them on twitter or live chat thats the way i get answers.Here is what they wrote back to me
Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Ryanair.
Vouchers are automatically generated based on a set of MyRyanair pre-defined criteria.
To meet the criteria the user need to fill in the relevant sections in the new MYFR then they will get the voucher
· If the customer has already fulfilled the requirements before the reward goes live – they do NOT get the reward
· If the customer fulfils the requirements after the reward functionality goes live – they DO get the reward
These vouchers are purely digital and are only made available on MyRyanair account, and only redeemable when a customer is logged in to their account.
When they are logged in, the voucher will appear as selectable in a dropdown in the checkout page when they are booking a flight, and will be deducted from the total price.
I hope the above has clarified the matters.

If you are told that you can't get it because you've registered before the promotion went live, don't despair.

1. Login and remove your data
2. Fill up mandatory fields with rubbish data
3. Change your email with another one (visit mailinator.com)
4. Go to Settings> Deactivate account and confirm
5. Re register with your original email

I got the same explanation from CS. I have removed my account and re-registered. I'll enter my details tomorrow.

At least they will not be able to use the excuse that I am not eligible simply because I have registered before Monday.

I got the voucher..but they can only be used on selected flights and from random airports.. pretty useless for me..
I was intending using from Stansted, but the option to redeem it was not available for the date & flight I wanted..
