No need to email to cancel. Go to subscription info/ take a break / more and select permanent. you can then cancel subscription online. no need to email. I've done this before and worked a treat.

Where do you input the code? I can't find a box.

Just write your cancellation email now (you have to write to hello AT envelopecoffee.com to cancel), and in your email client schedule it to send the cancellation through to them in a few days time.

Looks a bit like Pact coffee, but without an option to choose which coffee you will get. Also charge 49p for grinding, but I grind my own so no problem!
