Can't remember exactly as it happened so fast.When you install a screen should pop up and you should see an option to enter the licence it connects to their web site for confirmation.After that the screen disappear and the option to enter it is no longer available.Sorry can't help more.After install run the program and enter it then.

I tried it and this one does absolutely nothing other than recover some lost pdf files which any trial software in the market can do pretty easily and allows you to recover them free of cost

Downloaded and activated OK.
I also use EaseUS ToDo Backup - which is also free for personal use - to backup my drives and it is especially useful when you need to clone drives (such as moving from a standard HDD to a SSD).

We all get the same key I think. I have checked mine and mate's key and they are the same. Just FYI but a good find, could be useful in the future

Shame I missed it, I used their software to repartition a drive as the Windows preloaded software is crap and does nothing. It was very good and easy to use, I am awful at anything technical and I could understand it. I paid £23 instead of the £50 from a local computer repairs place and I get to keep the software. Backup would have made a nice addition. Nevermind, hopefully it will come around again soon

ah missed this one. I have a cloud drive and looks like it is not spinning anymore. Any data recovery is horrendously expensive.
