Just seen that there is an offer on for Three customers
6 Months of free Deezer subscription
What is Deezer?
Deezer is a streaming service that gives you instant access to more than 35 million tracks.
If continued after the 6 months free period the service costs £9.99 a month (added to your mobile bill, or taken from your PAYG credit)
More info at: http://www.three.co.uk/discover/features/deezer
Instructions to start the offer at: http://try.deezer.com/three-web/ (which the Deal URL directs you to)
Small Print - **IMPORTANT**:
Offer is available to Three UK customers who have never benefited from any Deezer free trial and who are not current subscribers to Deezer Premium+. You will not be charged for the first 6 months. At the end of 6 months, the standard rate of £9.99 per month will be changed to your Three monthly bill or deducted from your Pay As You Go balance. Offer is non-binding. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Offer ends 12 May, 2016. Offer cannot be combined and is valid once only.
If you walk into a Three store you can also get one, but it'll cost you £1 unless you also top up at the same time.
You can cancel on the deezer website anytime

Didn't work for me either. It charged me £9.99 to subscribe until the 14th December, even though my current Deezer+ would have run until 3rd December. So it's cost me almost a tenner for 11 days of Deezer.

Excuse me for being a little thick (the t&cs aren't that clear) - but is the last day you can register for this on 12 May or is that just when the offer will expire (no matter when you registered).
If it's the last day you can register the window of opportunity is quite large for what seems a very generous offer.
Appreciate anybody's take on this.

16 Nov 15#47
I know, it's my own fault. But I thought at worst I'd get charged £9.99 for a month of Deezer. Didn't think they'd start it immediate and run it concurrently with my existing sub, which is a bit cheeky.

I got stung £9.99 called three about it, they asked if I'd had a sub before and said yes ant they said that's the reason why. I asked if I could get my Money back, they said as a gesture of goodwill they would refund £5 so I only got burnt by£4.99, oh well, you live and learn.

19 Nov 15#60
Is the text they send you supposed to say £9.99 per month or should it say free?
Never used deezer before but I've tried two 'three' sim cards (one of which has balance and is used) and both say £9.99 p/m on the texts with no mention of the deal.
Gorskar to 1nvjoqjm
19 Nov 15#61
Yes both the text messages say its £9.99 per month - however you should also get a confirmation e-mail that confirms the first 6 months are not charged for: Heres the e-mail I got:
If you log onto the deezer website and click the cog next to "My Music" on the left panel, then Settings, then "My subscription" you can confirm that you are subscribed for 6 months, and can cancel future payments there
1nvjoqjm

Cheers. I'll give it a go

19 Nov 151#64
I haven't went through the full process but I think it works.
I wasn't sure if I was going through the process correctly with my current 'three' payg sim (with credit in it) as the text was saying £9.99 p/m. I tried it with an unused spare 'three' sim and it took me through the same process as before, saying £9.99p/m again.
It turns out it's supposed to say £9.99 p/m in the first text. After you input the code you get in that text it should be fine.
Again, not 100%, but it accepted my spare sim's number and gave me an activation code. I just didn't use that code.

I found this, all i know is i don't get it as a business user :disappointed:
For certain pay monthly plans from EE that started before 26 March 2014, this may be an inclusive add-ons.
With Deezer Mobile as an add-on you can also upgrade to Deezer Premium+ for £4.99 a month, instead of £9.99 a month.
When the 6 month trial comes to an end , will all the songs I've downloaded disappear?????

25 Feb 16#193
They won't disappear, but you will not be able to play them. So if you renewed your subscription, you could access them, and not have to download them again.

On certain plans you can elect a monthly add on and deezer premium is one of them. I've had it with them for 3 years now though my plan is one of the old international legacy plans with unlimited minutes and texts all around the world that they don't do anymore!

Was it just a case of swapping out the sims and connecting to your wifi network, then switching back? Seems worryingly simple

All you have to do is be able to receive a text. I didn't swap any sims, I just put a Three sim in an old phone. The Deezer account isn't physically linked to a sim or a phone etc.

Now I've been booted off the one plan I think I'll take this up (didn't wanna risk losing that tariff because of this..) and as it happens my free google play music 3mths expires today!!
Opening post

You might have to top up though before you can get the offer.
If you walk into a Three store you can also get one, but it'll cost you £1 unless you also top up at the same time.
You can cancel on the deezer website anytime

Bah!
Don't want a £40 bill in 6 months when I forget :stuck_out_tongue:
One Plan "cough"
This offer ends on the 6th May 16, so there's no need to rush :stuck_out_tongue:
Nice one Three and thanks for the heads up OP!
If it's the last day you can register the window of opportunity is quite large for what seems a very generous offer.
Appreciate anybody's take on this.
6 months of listening pleasure. woo hoo.
Complaining to customer service right now and got put on hold which is kinda like having Deezer for free with their music
Never used deezer before but I've tried two 'three' sim cards (one of which has balance and is used) and both say £9.99 p/m on the texts with no mention of the deal.
If you log onto the deezer website and click the cog next to "My Music" on the left panel, then Settings, then "My subscription" you can confirm that you are subscribed for 6 months, and can cancel future payments there
I wasn't sure if I was going through the process correctly with my current 'three' payg sim (with credit in it) as the text was saying £9.99 p/m.
I just didn't use that code.
move all your spotify playlists to deezer very easily
cancelled straight away without any problems
Cheers

Installed the Windows Phone app and it works fine.
Thanks
ive just had to get my money back through paypal ....
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Thanks OP
Thanks
Worth a shot. (I'd try it but I'm not on Deezer)
thanks
Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I also posted another free alternative for music: http://www.hotukdeals.com/freebies/ministry-sound-live-free-non-stop-music-streaming-experience-ios-android-2378828
1. Go to deezer.com on a web browser
2. search for the artist you want
3. select 'Most played tracks'
4. keep scrolling down to show more tracks
5. Select all tracks by clicking in box at top of list
6. click + to add selected tracks to playlist
Enjoy!
Replaced it with this
I usually cancel straight away with things like Now TV/Spotify etc.
The 3 sim will determine whether or not you'll get the offer - give it a go
