Sorry remind me what happened with Battlefield 4's launch? Did that not have a beta too? LOL

They hada first Beta and it was horrible, completely broken so they cancelled it. Fixed things and came back. I played a few games but realised I was being whooped so gave up, was playing bloodborne at the time, had an easier time of that.

I look forward to this next release though, I enjoy Betas.

it wasn't the content i had a problem with it was the core gameplay. seemed more flash than substance.

Lol how about comparing SF5 to the original vanilla Street Fighter IV. More fair comparison. Anyways also the beta only allowed you to play online matches and play few characters and you judge it like that already? Jheeze lol, can't wait for the full game all balanced out thanks to these beta's and earn all character Dlc for free with fight money. And the offline story mode etc

My deal has one of the cheapest prices for SFV and access to the beta, however we now know the PC beta will last TWO DAYS... so it's up to you how much that's worth. Every chance they might extend it if the servers explode mixing PS4 + PC together.

With all due respect to the OP why would I want to!? That disastrous and abysmal launch (or lack therof) of the beta 100% put me off getting this game. How bout Capcom just make another Onimusha or Power Stone, you know games that people actually want?

​I have it in xbox 360 and ps3. It was upscale but not redone in the same way super Street fighter 2 HD remix was.

Anyway if you are into old beat em ups, Google "fightcade" it is an online emulator that supports approx 50 roms including all sf games upto CPS3.

i think Third Strike got a HD port on PS3 so hopefully they port that to PS4 as well.

you didn't miss anything. Ultra Street Fighter 4 is much superior. i didn't really enjoy it as it didn't feel right and went back to Ultra Street Fighter 4 on PS4 which cost me 20 pounds so a game thats not only better but cheaper as well.
