Resume the game, make sure you have an empty space in your party, and speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive Hoopa!

it might be best to contact GAME or send them a tweet to see if they can be more specific and avoid a wasted journey.

Every GAME store I've ever tried has participated, I assume they say "selected" because there's a couple of small GAME stores inside other stores, like in Hamleys or a Debenhams for example, and those may possibly be excluded. All they do is print a receipt off the till so there's no reason every store couldn't.
Also, tell them if you have a copy of X/Y and ORAS and they'll likely give you two codes. It doesn't usually let you have the same event Pokemon multiple times in one game if redeemed within the same series, but redeem on in X or Y and you can then transfer it to ORAS through Bank. My store said they tested it with Ruby to Sapphire but it wouldn't work, but works fine with, say, X to Ruby.

Have done a few tests and code collections myself the codes work (unless stated otherwise) for x, y, or and as. Codes work one time only
Pokemon can be transferred to the pokebank (unless otherwise stated, I doubt it will happen anymore but for instance spiky eared pichu couldn't be transferred

Checked both of the Game stores in town today, they confirmed that it's in pretty much every store unless it's just like a games counter inside another store or something.

So you have to get the code from Game by 5th November, but is there an end date when you can redeem the code> Got the new 3DS with Saphire a few weeks back for my son's Christmas, so can he use the code then?

It is valid until January 7th 2016 (stated on the inside of a leaflet acquired with the code...if you're given the leaflet!)

Thanks justbeinghelpful. My wife managed to get one a couple of days back, but didn't get a leaflet with it, just a till receipt with the code on it. It's now safely tucked away with the 3DS bundle until Christmas Day :wink:
