Partition master pro has been a great utility that has surpassed that of Partition Magic of old when it comes to dynamically resizing partitions of your PC's hard drive.
Full Windows 10 support. etc.
Be careful if you are not sure or confident in what you are doing but a caparison here will show you what the pro version offers over the free....
Download is called epm_trial.exe. I wonder is this a restricted version, have you tried it?

Yup when you first download and install it you then notice it is a trial. Click on the activate product and enter the key provided and it then unlocks to the full version.

I have found the Wizards to be intuitive and easy to use. I tend to use the main UI and do stuff from there as I am reasonably ok with what I have needed it for.
As with any of the utilities of this type there is a real danger of your HD losing its partitions and or becoming unreadable. Having backups etc, via Macrium Reflect free edition, is essential.
It is a very good utility and great for what it does. Creating a boot disc, Win PE boot disc is useful on a USB stick.
