The incident in question was also investigated - shed bought it second hand, never descaled it (even though the machine reminds you) and was also using cheap substitute filters from Wilkinson's which were proven to be inadequate...got a lot of tommee tippee stuff myself and if you look after it all properly, can be a life saver!

Milton can be a life saver in fact a lot of things can be a life saver, I will stick to the old fashioned way which has always served us well.

What's the old fashioned way? Boiling water in a pot over an open flame and using lead dummies?
You don't like the deal, ok. Doesn't make it a bad deal.
Voted hot, (like an open flame)

I've decided to vote hot the old fashioned way - I've struck two rocks together over a candle wick

Now your just being condescending. Boiling water over an open flame: Have you never heard of a gas flame? Lead Dummies: just a facetious comment I don't like the deal: I am entitled to comment as a user just like you are.
You know a bit of knowledge does go a long way, people all over the world use different techniques from cold and warm water, vinegar, microwave etc etc..

Ok yes, I was being condescending. Apologies. Btw it's "you're".
Of course you're entitled to comment, but it's not that you don't like the deal, you just don't like the product.
If I didn't like cars I wouldn't comment on a deal that people should use buses.

Apology excepted officer dibble. I am yet to see any real value comments you ever leave on posts on this site.
