Yeah, the wipeout price is annoyingly good for someone that has already bought it! Gravity rush 2, uncharted 4 and last guardian are also decent, though can probably be picked up on physical media for similar.

If you're on about the base game, it's not that cheap today - It's been £13 on UK PSN before and I picked it up for £6.16 in the US sale last month. I know we're out of plutonium for the DeLorean but if you can wait, it'll be cheaper than this again soon.

I just checked and despite it being cross-buy, the Sly Trilogy is a quid cheaper on the Vita for some reason... The description on the Vita version in the store does state that it's cross-buy so it should be possible to buy it even if you only want the PS3 version.
Also, The Jak and Daxter Trilogy is down as PS3 but that's cross-buy too so I've added it to the Vita section

using CDKeys Nioh for £18.04 was a must buy for me.
It's hard to recommend it now since Sony have stopped developing for it (except for a few JRPGs) but through PS Plus and reduced price credit, it's given me years of fun  The cost of memory cards have always been a massive deterrent but it seems to be getting worse, not better! It's kinda like a mini PS2 in terms of specs so, given the small screen, games look and run great on it but the additional controls (tilt, mic, camera, front & back touch screen) make it a fairly unique console which only a handful of games make best use of (Tearaway is fantastic on the Vita but only "OK" on the PS4).
As with any handheld, you'll get best value from it if you spend a lot of time away from home or on public transport.

I second this. Got a white Japanese one about a year ago, and it's a great little handheld. The PS+ offerings for it are poor nowerdays. They used to hand out full fledged titles. It's just a shame Sony didn't promote it enough, and pretty much killed off their own system by neglecting it. If you can find one cheap, they're well worth it. Just the memory cards are a deal breaker. Why Sony didn't go with micro SD I'll never know

reddragon105
4 Oct 17#86
Quite a good selection - I was going to hold off until Christmas before buying the Wipeout Omega Collection but at £12.99 (with Plus) it's cheaper than I've seen the disc version for so far, and I would rather have it digitally because I'm not likely to ever want to sell it on and I want to be able to casually play it from time to time without having to find the disc, so this is probably a good excuse to get it! Also looking at some older titles like Forbidden Siren and Primal.
Yeah, typical Japanese trash like Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Metal Gear Solid... How about no one listens to anyone and everyone tries it and makes their own mind up?
chezybezy
4 Oct 17#87
Cheers, i'll give Sound Shapes™ Ultimate Bundle a go then. May I ask, any idea if I can split payment? I have £1.xx in credit, rather not grab a £5 top up for an extra £1.
BubaMan
4 Oct 17#88
Yeah, I think it'll use up any credit before charging your card / PayPal the remainder...
A small word of warning - I love Sound Shapes but some don't share my love of it... It's quite a basic platformer that builds up music as you play through the levels... The life in the game is in the editor, the levels you can make and the thousands of community-made levels you can download. To be safe, there is a demo - give it a go 1st before you spend what I think is a very worthy £2.49

Statik is great and the cheapest it's been I believe. I've only played the demo of Starblood and it's good but quite similar to RIGS which is free on PS Plus this month anyway (if you have it.) Tumble is a nice easy going VR game, and one of the few that my girlfriend (and my friend's girlfriend!) is happy to play. It has been cheaper previously though if that bothers you. If I click on the PS Store that shows me various categories but they all add up to the games that are listed here.

Assuming you mean the PS4 versions, Locoroco is as fun as ever - highly recommended but there were some serious, inconsistent lag issues with Patapon on the PS4 version, making it very difficult to get the timing right - kind of important on a rhythm game! Remember that the PS4 version of TLOU includes Left Behind and if you don't already own TLOU, you need to go outside and punch yourself in the crotch, hard!
Resogun, Knack, Wipeout & possibly Giana Sisters stand out for me!
If you're on about the base game, it's not that cheap today - It's been £13 on UK PSN before and I picked it up for £6.16 in the US sale last month.
I know we're out of plutonium for the DeLorean but if you can wait, it'll be cheaper than this again soon.
Have to work out what I don't have and want!
anythinf else I should look at?
The description on the Vita version in the store does state that it's cross-buy so it should be possible to buy it even if you only want the PS3 version.
Also, The Jak and Daxter Trilogy is down as PS3 but that's cross-buy too so I've added it to the Vita section
You might find a physical copy for less but not much.
The cost of memory cards have always been a massive deterrent but it seems to be getting worse, not better!
Edit: And Tumble VR too - definitely worth a fiver
Multiplayer matching is a little clunky but at least it's there
I'd like to avoid those using frame blending to "upscale" from 50fps but some of the pricing here is better than the US and Canadian stores.
I'll add that the Deluxe Edition is not worth bothering with IMO:
The Vita only supports 1 account at a time and you cannot transfer your purchases.
Please read through the tips on page 1 and have a read through at least the last 4 pages of comments to avoid upsetting the diligent helpers on that thread
Yeah, typical Japanese trash like Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Metal Gear Solid...
How about no one listens to anyone and everyone tries it and makes their own mind up?
A small word of warning - I love Sound Shapes but some don't share my love of it...
It's quite a basic platformer that builds up music as you play through the levels...
The life in the game is in the editor, the levels you can make and the thousands of community-made levels you can download.
To be safe, there is a demo - give it a go 1st before you spend what I think is a very worthy £2.49
This link has EVERYTHING that's reduced today:

Get your waders on :stuck_out_tongue:
Thank you
...Just as my 64GB card kicks the bucket :disappointed:
If I click on the PS Store that shows me various categories but they all add up to the games that are listed here.
But that isn't the whole picture because the EA games that were listed on special offer last week are still on special offer. It just doesn't appear to be shown anywhere unless you happened to go looking for those games.
Am I missing another deal page or something or is the PS Store just dreadful.
I know die-hard fans swear by the Cloud games but Rogue Galaxy looks a bit more accessible to me as a newcomer and it looks to have aged a bit better (in fact Dark Cloud looks better than Dark Chronicle for some reason) - what's your thoughts?
The world map was confusing iirc. The frequency of random battles was also too high.
Bloodborne is the true steal for just 15 quid

I reckon it'll be on sale on the 18th.
Noticed the season pass is also on sale for £3.29....Is this worthy of a download?
I'm not sure if it's been addressed but it put me off getting it - it works great on the Vita anyway
