I used a code about five years ago that wasn't issued to me, a couple of months down the line I received a letter telling me I owed them XXX amount of money.

Ordered and used voucher code LXJLX for £30 off. You can pay in full straight away using PayPal. I was charged £39.99 only at PayPal. Delivery is £3.99 extra but if you get it delivered to the local corner shop it doesn’t cost anything extra. Don’t forget you need to be a new customer for the discount. Can’t believe it got the game and a controller for less than £40.

This is not a sim it's mainly an online arcade racer, (single player is mini games and a tutorial it's not like the normal GT games, there is No Dynamic weather,No Day/ night cycle etc.

If I was to use the code to get £30 pound off at a first time customer and to pay the one off payment , I should be good and not receive no extra bills/cost

That's a bonus for me then. I had GT5 and GT6 on PS3 and the faffing about at the beginning just to get racing was so boring. I bought this controller/game pack mainly for the controller thinking I might sell the game on. Might keep it now

I think Sony & Polyphony Digital disagree with you.

You could buy a Silver PS4 Dualshock V2 for £40 without the GT branding on the touchpad. You would be hard pushed to be selling the game for more than £30 making the whole buying moot.

Be VERY careful using anyone else's code that wasn't directly for you, they will charge you the code amount separately after you made the purchase, this happened to me before.

It’s definitely a simulator. It’s supported by the FIA and will run alongside GT Academy. Despite what some people in this thread are saying, there is night racing and weather effects.

It’s a 4 day trial and your progress will carry over to the full game. It’s over 40GB though;(

Great price if you want an extra controller. But racing games are so much fun with a wheel :nerd:

I was all ready to buy a wheel for F1 2017 but most people on console use pad and generally race quicker as they use assists, so for authenticity it's a wheel all the way but be prepared to lose literally every race.

I think the full game will have online lobby options to disable assists etc but i'm sure it won't restrict joypads vs. wheels.
