To be fair, he made a good point. There's no need insult the guy on account of your own laziness/lack of ability to use a search engine

it's nothing to get worried about - unless you really want sun & heat 12 hrs a day every day
even in rainy season, it's very warm 25C+ mostly
and the rain tends to be limited
this ain't actually monsoon - when it rains constantly

Go in April during the Songkran weekend, if you’re going to experience anything in Thailand, I’d say Songkran is probably one of the best.

No. No. And once more, no! The best time to go to Thailand isn't monsoon! I spent 6 months in SE Asia a few years ago and regularly travel to India, which has a similar climate. The weather clears up late November/early December (varies year on year) and is pretty good till late "our" early summer when the rains start and that's monsoonal rains, not the drizzle we get over here!

Can't really argue with this price it's excellent. You can fly to Oz direct from HKT too so could be a stopover on way there

While the flights are cheap, it might not be easy to find ladyboys since they take Novembe off to visit family.

Used these flights for last two years, once to travel through Thailand and last year as a cheap way to get to Cambodia. Nov is the start of dry season, it will rain but believe me you will be glad of it. They fell to £219 last year and don't bother with luggage we managed 2 weeks with a rucksack, with all the travelling you won't want a suitcase....unless you want a beach holiday. But there's so much more to Thailand than sitting on the beach in an English resort.
