Home Bargain and Lidl sell 1kg bags for £ 1 . No need to buy in such big quantity unless you run an Asian restaurant. White polished rice is very bad for health like white bread and white pasta.

Yes NHS spends billions on treating diabetes, Alzimers , and other diseases caused by excess carbs , fat and sugar . That is why I eat quinoa , wild rice and brown rice instead of white rice .

We have local stores that sell the 20kg bags. A store called Pick and Save In Kenton does the 20kg around £31.
Sometimes you get 10% extra so get 22kg. :sunglasses:
