Third party controller for switch, button layout seems legitimate and around half price of the official controller

I personally picked one up and got it today, I think it's a fairly decent controller for the price that leaves me wondering if it'd be worth purchasing a Pro Controller for a while also here's another review but since it's american another company must've licensed it hence the different name.
This is an unbranded generic controller you can get from China, loads of them listed on ebay.
Interested to find out the quality.

Voted hot, and then saw this review. Pretty sure that’s just a faulty controller though. I would take the risk tbh if I didn’t already buy a pro controller
Update: its unofficial and that’s the reason why it won’t stay synced.

My 8bitdo Controller stays synced and that’s not official.
