Recently I checked some of the well known websites to post a very large tower PC weighing in at 24KG. I was quoted £50 by Parcel Force directly for a 48 hour delivery. I then found postal checker/broker websites, and got it collected from my door by Parcel Force on a 24 hour delivery for £10-12 (cant remember actual dimensions) .
As I've found there are more brokers out there posted inthe comments which I have added.
Hopefully this will save people some money coming up to Xmas.

Try myhermes 2-5KG. Go up to 120cm length. 3 attempts to deliver.

Cheers mate, that's a bit short if you need to post a 12 foot rod usually 2 piece at 6 foot each so needs to be 190 cm or above.

Wtf?!? What is this clickbait? How is 11 gbp equal to 1.99?!? And it is hot?!?

That's from £1.99. It was £11 for a 24KG Parcel. I thought it was impressive compared to what airlines allow.

Dude, you even don't know how much you have paid for your package, and you didn't show us any proof! With the same success i can say - Gadgets at Argos are cheap , I have bought once from there

Parcel2go are one of the worst companies I have come across with. No contact number and only way to contact them is to chat online. They missed 3 collections meaning 3 days waited at home for them to turn up.

Never ever use Parcel2go.
Every time I send a parcel outside the eu such as USA, Australia etc they always email me after a few days saying the weight is higher and tries to charge me at least £5 more.
Even when the parcel is around 400g they claim its over 1kg. Sometimes over 2kg lmao.
They're a bunch of thrives. I don't pay them back. But others who are not careful would think it's their mistake and pay them.
So be very cautious

Parcel2go totally destroyed a book cabinet I bought from ebay. It arrived dented and in multiple pieces. It was originally well made and reasonably wrapped. They totally ignored all communication.

Hopefully they're a lot better than UPS. UPS stole the last two Samsung S7 Edge's I sent to Samsung for screen repair! Unbelievable! One I never received and the other I got an empty box! If UPS turn up now I make the driver wait and open the parcel before signing for it. Samsung good on them gave me two brand new phones, can't fault them. UPS in my experience very faulty.

I always check out the advice on MSE. I used Parcel2go once, as they rated it, but it lost their top rating after reviews in recent years. And of course, have a look at Trustpilot for recent opinions of brokers.

I always use a parcel broker to send my luggage home to me in France it's cheaper than ryanair checked-in luggage and I don't have to carry my bags. Door to door service. :raised_hand:

I think I used ParcelHero when I needed to return a PC tower case I bought but found unsuitable. Cost about £6, which I thought was a bargain!

hmm, your evidence shows 48hr delivery and a VAT-inclusive price of £11.70...do you need to amend title or is the image nothing to do with your post, in which case you should delete it?
