There are a lot of cheap lip balms in home bargains every week, these are what they have at the moment and their prices: Baby lips: Hydrate, Vanilla Cupcake, Chai Tea Latte, Orange Burst, Melon Mania - all £0.99 each Lip smacker: Salted Caramel (My Fave!!), Kiwi, Blueberry, Shortbread - all £0.59p each Carmex: Original tub, Original tube, Vanilla stick, Cherry tub, Cherry tube, Limited Edition Skinny Dip Cherry tub - all £1.69 each
I have missed a few out, and they always have new flavours and brands so just have a look in your local Home Bargains because they have some really good deals!!

Or spend £1.00 & get 284g of petroleum jelly instead of paying 50p for 25g. 284g is enough to last a few years.
