Each code is different, you have to text shine to 60333,...... My local PROSHIELD is £11. not sure if prices vary at different washes

I've used it myself for the full 6 times, you only have to text once, then the next code is sent to you automatically after each use. I didn't notice a difference in my monthly bill cost.

It should be usable for any vehicle. I don't own a taxi and have had no issues using it. I have however only tried at the one Wash location

The big machine is probably scratch free its that big dirty bucket of water and grit laden brush used in the pre wash. I only ever got for the 1.99 wash without a pre wash much to the disgust of the eastern Europeans who work there. They get the money for services that don't use the big machine.
