I got this last time it was posted by scanning my nus card and emailed it to them.

Lol you realise that you will need to log into your University portal provided by Microsoft? Got nothing to do with NUS. Every Uni is now switching to Microsoft Office 365 logins that other providers can piggyback to verify your account...

So how does it work they send you cd's you want for next 6 month, any good one's?

This is available in my student prime account which I got through having the NUS Extra card. If you already have a student prime account you should see it advertised on the site.

It is, but to sign up, your student status needs to be verified again using a .ac.uk email address.
I specifically quoted RRP because, sadly, to sign up for this, you need Unidays which also requires you to have a .ac.uk email address - unless anybody knows a way around this?

But the deal in the OP also requires an education email address, so specifying £4.99 is comparing like-for-like.

Know its subjective but I'm just going for a vodafone sim and there offering me now tv or spotify for 12mths which is better value

Spotify RRP is higher (£9.99 vs £7.99), so if that's your measure of value, then Spotify is the one to go for. But there's not a lot in it, so just go with whatever you will use more
Don't think you can. It seems as though NUS is accepted less and less when subscribing/buying online. Companies are obviously catching on to just how easy it is to get one.
Anyone know If I get this and then go back to normal amazon prime does the music that I have downloaded to my account that wasn’t on the normal prime music disapper

Just interested as to exactly what info/confirmation they need as proof of university admission status. I can't see the universities being bothered to confirm course acceptance.

That’s exactly what I like to find out. Was about to buy this but hold back because not sure what further proof they want. :unamused:
I got this a while back and am loving it. I'd never tried a streaming service before so this was my first foray in to this area but I'm finding it immensely useful. I've only had one occasion where amazon didn't have the album I was looking for so I'd say it is meets my needs so far. Might try Spotify after this to see how it compares.

Shame it's only available to students that are actually attending a university. Heat for those who can get the deal though.

I'm benefiting from the promotion which Amazon offered earlier on in the year. Their catalogue's nowhere near as good as Spotify's, even with the back catalogues from some mainstream artistes. Needless to say I won't be renewing my subscription when the trial period ends.

Same here Ellbee. Agree totally on the content. I prefer my Student Spotify. Good deal though and worth it for anyone who hasn't taken the plunge on a monthly Spotify. Might have enough for some people.

What do you think for this? My previous experience of Amazon is very limited coverage regardless of unlimited or not?

Unlimited is great for me and has far more than the prime version. I guess it depends on what you like and what they have. Maybe I'm just lucky.
I must have used this already. It's showing £5.99 for me

My only downfall is not being able to change the equaliser in the app like deezer as I find this improves sound quality massively especially with bose or other high end products
