Wouldn't buy anything that just says "fish". Even "white fish" is likely to be the cheapest possible fish like coley, pollock, catfish or the vietnamese one which I can't remember the name.
Much better to buy something where the fish is named like cod steaks, haddock steaks etc. Same with fish fingers and most other fish products.

Coely and Pollack are fine, it's the Basa or Vietnamese catfish that's raisesd in a contaminated swamp! :-(

We bought these once on offer, not bad at all but they're so small! 49% fish, so 70g a portion... but at 50p each, just eat two!
