Arrived on Saturday in a masssssssive Jiffy bag lol. Plastic was a little dented, but popped out all okay. I opened it anyway so I could use him on Mario + Rabbids.

When they had the Mario 8 Bit amiibo on offer I'm sure mine didn't come in a jiffy bag :unamused: Maybe they ran out of boxes :persevere: I thought Grainger were the only ones who sent amiibo's in bags :disappointed:

And shopto! Or they used to anyway.. I tended to try and order two so The my sort of protected each other. At least with Nintendo / the hit they send them in boxes and nicely wrapped

Mine came in a box similar to amazon packaging but I ordered 3 (one of each colour) not just one so maybe that's why mine did

Sorry for the noob question. I have recently bought my girlfriend a Nintendo Switch as a Christmas present. I have bought Mario Kart 8 and Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle. Would this (or any other) amiibo be compatible with any of these games and if so what does it actually do? I have seen a few amiibos on the internet, but I don't fully understand what they do, as the information on most Nintendo websites is vague. I've never owned a Nintendo console before so go easy on me lol.

You can find a list of compatibility here. I'm not 100% sure how many Amiibo work with Mario + Rabbids yet, but have found this list featuring the four main characters from the game.
For Mario+Rabbids, all Mario, Luigi, Peach and Yoshi amiibo are compatible and unlock a new gun for the respective characters.
