LA Muscle has to be the slowest company for delivering goods, I could probably fly to China, get two made and fly home and still be waiting for delivery from them

But could you do it for £1.50 :sunglasses:

Been this price for a while but a nicely timed reminder as need another shaker for the other half for protein. my experience is they do leak but if you use it primarily as a shaker, I tend to put the powder in and put upright in the gym bag and when required add water, drink and then wash it.
We also just use it as a large cup without the screw lid for squash and water. Also used as a water bottle for gym. For £1.50 for two you cannot go wrong. Thanks OP, heat added.

these things are terrible for transporting liquid, you're better off buying a 2ltr bottle from tesco and then empty it lol
I use mine at swim club, the leaking is a pain in the bum when transporting but fine poolside

Jeez. I'd never fill with liquid and expect them NOT to leak in bag. As long as they don't leak when shaking for 10 seconds with a Tad of water they're perfect. If I'm filling them with water or Juice then I know it's going to be sitting on my desk or table a a drinking vessel ,again if it doesn't leak it's done it's job. For those expecting to throw any shaker it into your bag full of liquid deserve wet Butties and soggy Laptops. Heat added as you can never have to many shakers .....

I use my maximuscle and MyProtein shakers everyday and just throw them in my bag. They don't leak in the slightest. The MyProtein one is stainless steel, seals perfectly, and only cost me £6. Personally I'd rather just stump up for a better quality one that has the added convenience of keeping my liquids inside it

Bought two last time and both leak from the screw seal. Maybe I'm just unlucky? Don't have any issues with the other shakers i own

This happened to me also and I noticed they said "Made In China" but there customer support is great and they sent me out 2 new ones and told me to keep the old ones. Use one everyday at work just for water great product definitely gonna buy a few more!.
Thanks OP!

Nope, all of these leak from the seal - it's why they're so cheap. Bought 2 last time but wouldn't buy again. Odd how my maximuscle shaker looks identical, says 'Buchsteiner mixmaster' on it but doesn't leak at all...

Of the multiple manufacturers shaker bottles I've used, these are the worst.
Not to say they don't have their uses mind: they are fine for a water bottle to be used at the gym, filled when you get there and emptied at the end of a workout. They do have a penchant for leaking as the threads are minimal and not suitable for say storing in a bag full of liquid. Even when you're careful they can still not quite tighten correctly and leak. Worth what you pay without question; just be aware of limitations!
PS - If you're after a decent shaker bottle for protein, the MyProtein or LA Muscle ones are great. The former are my favourite and last week were only £1.50 each. A much better buy.

but for £1.50 can you really get upset about them leaking?

Yes you can. Bought these last time, leaked in my car and luckily missed my laptop in my bag another time. Definitely worth spending an extra £1 or £2 for something that does their job properly.

I've had this for a few weeks now and use it every day and have yet to have any issues. I haven't ran it through the dishwasher because I always just fill it with soapy water and shake and wash it right away once I'm done using it, so i don't know if the logo is going to fade like some peoples' have but I absolutely love this shaker. the color is wonderful, the plastic feels nice in your hand, and it is SO convenient having a dual shaker.

Cleaned properly and screwed tightly mine don't leak. The grill insert does a really good job of breaking up protein powder clumps. Best bottles I've used. HEAT!

As above, to me its actually useless if it leaks as i use them as water/juice bottles and so they arent always vertical. Mine also leaked all over car (and a nice soggy sandwich)but luckily just had water in at the time.
