There's always one bed wetter (ScroopEgerton) that will take the time to let you know how they feel rather than comment on the finer details of the deal.

Like many I am not a fan on the Daily Mail, but that doesn't stop it being a good deal.
I don't mind admitting that there are plenty of less than "whiter than white" companies that I don't particularly like but will still take advantage of when a good deal appears.

Who cares about the deal when the promoter represents the extreme right, and has helped to promote a culture of hatred? You can call me a bed-wetter if you want to be childish, I don't care. The DM spearheads a vile, mean culture of xenophobia that has helped see a rise of fascism in this country that we all should be ashamed of.
So they can shove their cinema tickets up their junta. If a deal goes cold simply because it's an Apple product, then this has no business being above zero.

Anything that doesn't support effective uncontrolled mass immigration these days in considered 'fascist' these days by these type of people. It's like calling The Guardian a Communist rag and then saying that it's more evil because Communism killed far more people than Fascism and therefore promotes hatred, add to the fact that they are terrorist sympathisers. It's not strictly accurate but idiots can try and twist anything to fit an agenda. Anyway, this deal is HOT.

Yup. That's exactly the reason. Nothing to do with their message of hate, trying to blame all our problems on immigrants & Muslims.

The Summer Nectar deal in association with Sainsbury's gave you e-codes for two Vue cinema tickets in exchange for 1000 Nectar points. They have run that deal (July to August) for the past two years and it's pretty good imo. This one, however, is better as you'll get four Vue cinema tickets in exchange for 1000 points.
As far as I know, you are able to pay an additional supplement and upgrade to Vue Xtreme. Something, certain other cinema chains won't allow when already using a promotion such as this.

OP, no this offer cannot be combined with Meerkats 2-4-1. All cinemas seem to have clamped right down now and will not allow the use of a Meerkat code on any discounted ticket or when using any other promotion. This includes Super Saver Monday/Tuesday at Vue.

Just tried this myself and saw the offer 2 days ago... eventually got to reset my password on the account and when it takes me to the landing page for MyMail with Nectar there is no offer like this listed. Even the link changes when you try to access the page that linked to the offer, it now just goes straight to the front page (apart from 500 points for £2.50 off your ticket which is a standard offer running all the time.
I checked 'Money Saving Expert' and the deal shows under expired even though I notice people seemed to of claimed it a couple of days ago. Doesn't look good I'm afraid! :-/

I can see this:
"Enjoy watching the latest blockbuster at your local Vue in a super-spacious VIP seat for just 250 Nectar points!
With extra room to stretch out, a wider chair and in the optimum viewing location, a Vue VIP seat is the best way to enjoy an enhanced big screen experience.
And for a limited time with MyMail, when you redeem a standard Vue cinema ticket for 1250 Nectar points, you will automatically receive a VIP ticket! Your VIP ticket is valid for any film at Vue"
But that appears to be an offer to upgrade your seat to a VIP, not an actual ticket. However the wording is confusing in the T's and C's so not sure if this is a full ticket or now

I've been periodically checking the MyMail website in the hope that the original offer of 250 Nectar points for one Vue cinema ticket would return and also have just noticed the latest 'upgrade to VIP' offer. It's not terribly clear but from what I understand all you are getting for 250 points will be an upgrade from a standard seat to a VIP one (normally costs £2) which is a not a particularly attractive offer imo. 250 Nectar points are worth £1.25 (sometimes more depending on which merchant they are exchanged with). It mentions 'when you redeem 1250 points for a standard Vue cinema ticket' then you can upgrade to VIP for 250 points which is 1500 points in total for one Vue VIP ticket. Not great! :disappointed:

The code seems to be for a FULL VIP TICKET. Not just an upgrade. I redeemed it on 30th September (2 Tickets) and went for IT at my local VUE. The lady at the counter put the code in, and said, yes, it shows you have got 2 free VIP tickets.

You purchased one code (250 Nectar points) which gave you two VIP seats? If so, then that's even better than the previous deal of one standard seat in exchange for 250 Nectar points! Have just purchased one and will test it on the Vue website before purchasing any more.
Many thanks for replying.

Received my code, tried checking if it would work to book a seat online but it doesn't accept it. "This voucher is not valid. If this doesn't sound right, give us a call on 0345 308 4620 or 1890 800 705"
Someone earlier in this thread posted that they managed to get the code for a standard seat to work online despite the t&c's stating these codes can only be used in person at a Vue cinema.
Would only be an issue turning up in person if you were planning to watch a newly released movie at a busy time whereby most/all of the best seats may have already been booked. Can't grumble though exchanging 250 Nectar points (normally worth only £1.25) for a Vue cinema ticket.

Thanks again for replying. Claimed as many codes as I had enough points for. There's plenty of movies due for release before the end of the year with which to use the codes.
Couldn't see it mentioned anywhere if these codes can be used in London cinemas? Vue West End, Leicester Square is usually exempt but wondered if these codes can be used in other Vue, London cinemas? The MyMail emails containing the codes didn't include the full terms and conditions.
