What is data speed ? It is limited to 60mb ? like in cheaper EE sim only deals ?

No, 3g (hsdpa is up to about 42mbps). You're unlikely to ever get that in the real world but I've had just over 20mbps. Unless you're been awkward and not classing hsdpa as 3g.

So 40mb 4g is atleast twice the real world speed of 3g - not great but better than 3g.
Also you don't need a great connection to get 40mb on 4G. For example I currently have 2 bars but running speed test gives me a speed of 43mb - basically hitting the cap.

I would do some research on HSDPA. It's capable of 14mbs, not 20

I think you're just being pernickety, but fine technically you're right, it's HSPA+ that is up to 42mbps, and that I got over 20 on. They're all just evolutions of 3G anyway.

It is live but need to call in. Not sure why still not online. Was told by my friend who works in shop about the deal as they had email about it.
How has this deal hit over 250 degrees and it isn't even real?

My current deal with Three is 15Gb data for £6/month (for use with a MiFi box), so in comparison I'd have to say this is a poor deal.

Voted cold just for their customer service. Wouldn't advice going within a mile of their vicinity even if they were cheaper than 3.
