Never buy a tomtom product, they wrecked my satnav with an "upgrade" and refused to fix or help, complete gits

I've had a few Tomtom satnavs, none have been a problem, I did have one issue with an older device, I just used the reset button and it was fine. One bad experience does not mean the brand is crap!!

If it had been as simple as resetting I would have done that, the fact they talked me through a the loading of a new set of POIs for my fuel card that bricked it and then they refused to repair is enough for me.

That's fine mate, it makes no difference to me, I was just pointing out that one bad experience with one person doesn't mean the brand is crap. I've always found the tech good and the service great, they even credited my account with £10 on my say so that I didn't get a voucher in the box, I was telling the truth, but they could have told me to bog off

Some accessories are no longer available like the important floaty to keep it afloat in water.

looks great, only a little more than the gopro session I bought for my holiday at £139. the session is a lot smaller with better mic but I think the quality of this one is a lot better. would be tempted to swap as im within 14 days but gopro package their products so you have to destroy it to remove the camera

I think mine was £110 on that original offer.
Make sure you get the stabilising clip, otherwise if you contact TomTom support they should send one out (stops it rotating when mounted).
Does seem a good bit of kit, I've not really used it as much as I hoped I would but mainly tried it as a helmet cam when out on the bike. I've got the adhesive mount stuck to the windscreen of the car but because it doesn't do looped recording I've only tried it once or twice.

Id buy go pro adapters and just buy go pro accessories, tom tom accessories are ridiculously over priced for what they are. I've had one for about a year and a half now, absolutely love it!

It does, I asked when I signed up for myself!

I asked and couldn`t get a straight answer....the RRP they show for it would have suggested a bare camera?

This camera was down as low as £152 on Amazon according to reviews I have seen, so its hard to tell based on RRP, but I have a chat transcript saying it comes with all the fittings. [Don't know if it will help me though, I don't think you can hold the 3rd party liable for what Voda say.]

I spoke with TLC who are the promotion provider. My question was what happens if they don`t have enough to cover all claiments...apparently it will be done by agreement

This camera has been £110 for the premium pack . I and others on here got it. Great bit of kit, the only problem Ive had is that Ive had to use VLC player for it to play properly sometimes.

To be fair, that seemed to down them matching Currys who were clearing them out, the offer was sort lived and its never been that price since so its a bit of a red herring comment

It will obviously "come with all the fittings" what you needed to ask was, "is it the premium package that comes with the remote". Its a bit like ringing Ford and asking if their base Focus comes with all the fittings and expecting an answer yes to mean it will have all the features of a top model

I've been using one of these daily for about 20 months. It's a great but of kit. I did need the 2 year warranty as the batt stick failed after 15 or so months. These are £40 or thereabouts so that would have been an annnoying expense.
I also had a bit of trouble with sd cards l. Sandisk eventually upgraded me to one of their extreme cards for free when I pointed out the lesser card I had - next level down I believe - has 1080p all over the packaging so their claims that they didn't recommend for 1080p were a bit dodgy.
Anyway. Great camera. No doubt someone will criticise the 15fps 4k, but I've never used the 4k recording so can't comment.

Would help your cause if you put the price they cost brand new in the OP, otherwise folk wont know if this is a good deal or not unless they go check prices themselves. And that aint gonna happen...
